The Super-Deck Screen is a stacked configuration machine that offers BM&M’s highest capacity screener in the most compact footprint possible. The Super-Deck screen is BM&M's High Capacity, high-speed horizontal gyratory design. It Is dynamically balanced to allow greater rotational speeds and strokes than conventional sifters and screeners. The BM&M Super-Deck has the same patented BM&M aggressive screen action that enables all BM&M models to achieve high capacity and efficiency in many process industries. Models are available with 100 to 360 square feet of total screen area. The BM&M Super-Deck was designed to be flexible for all industries. The stroke and speed can be engineered for each application, and both variables can be easily changed in the field with no special parts.
• BM&M's drive uses a stationary shaft with a high speed rotating hub/counter-weight assembly to generate the eccentric motion.
• Maintenance costs are minimal as BM&M's drive assembly is lubricated for life.

The Super-Deck's drive unit is at the center of the screen's mass by design to get the same pure circular screen motion, and the resulting efficiency, over the entire screen element surface.
• The screen can be tuned to operate at speeds from 180 R P M to 330 R P M versus conventional large screeners that simply cannot run faster than 180 RPM.
• The stroke can be adjusted from 5/8" to 1 ½ " as the application demands. Stroke changes i n the field ar.e a simple matter o f changing the number of weights on'.the bolted counter-weight'assembly.

Unit Overview:
BM&M’s Rotary Star Feeder isa surge bin mounted device which evenly supplies chips toa chip screen. The Feeder is bolted to the bottom of a suitably sized surge bin by means of a flanged connection.A surge bin and feeder can reduce the size of your chipscreen by reducing the surge capacity requirements of the screen, and by increasing the chip screen’s efficiency through even distribution. Standard practice is to use a feeder that is 1 to 2 feet narrower than the chip screen.

❖ Two-row spherical bearings provide long trouble free life.
❖ Relief-gate controlled by adjustable pneumatic cylinders allows oversize chunks or debris to pass through.

BM&M’s Chip Classifier provides valuable quality and maintenance feed-back for any chip producer. The Classifier’s gyratory action is exactly like our full size Chip Screens. This allows you to use the Classifier to predict chip quality and thus avoid problems with your chip buyers. Additionally theClassifier can be used to optimize your chipper knife sharpening schedule and your screener hole sizes for minimum fibre loss. The BM&M Classifier is unaffordable, lightweight, and portable unit that comes complete with every-thing you need including the exact screen size, or thickness trays for your application.
