Smooth Flow: Solving Soap Noodle Snags with Pneumatic Precision
A major U.S. bar soap manufacturer experienced issues with their dust collectors when two pneumatic lines sent soap noodles into one receiver, causing inadequate negative pressure. Pneutech Engineering recommended increasing the piping diameter from 8” to 10” to handle the necessary airflow. After implementing this solution, the facility successfully ran two conveying systems into one receiver/dust collector combination.
